In 1985 the catalogue “Amicosud” of sea-holidays in the most beautiful beaches in South-Italy was published and in 1992 the fisrt group catalogue ”Amicosud Tuttogruppi” was published, a confidential catalogue to be used  by Travel Agencies with rates for adults, students and third age groups in South-Italy. In 1996 the catalogue extends into inserting all the Italian destinations and from 1997 it also includes some of the main European destinations (France, Greece, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Austria, Holland, Malta, Slovenia and Croatia).

The fleet was born with the building of the first Motorship Hipponion used for mini-cruises to the Eolie Islands from Vibo Valentia Marina port. In 1993 the Motorship Hipponion was replaced by the brand-new Motorship ”Neocastrum”, more confortable, bigger and faster. In 1999 the fleet widens with the building of the Motorship ”Citrarium” used for mini-cruises to the Eolie Islands with departure from Cetraro port.
